Documentary and fiction based on the diaries left by Michele Raggi, an agronomist from Morcote, the founder of the Italo-Swiss colony of St. Nicholas, a flourishing agricultural company active in the Caucasus in southern Russia since 1896. He will be one of the eight thousand Swiss who will escape from Russia after the Bolshevik Revolution of October 1917.
